We've created a relaxing environment from which you can enjoy everything that Seneca Lake has to offer. Our well-appointed rooms offer lake views and hillside views and we'll help you get your day started with a continental or traditional breakfast.

During your stay, you'll have access to wireless Internet access throughout our grounds, a library, fax, TV in the common area and your room, a VCR, videos, wake up service, washer/dryer, off street parking, hairdryer, ironing board, telephone and more.

The upstairs area of the bed and breakfast has a large reading/game room to pass some time between winery tours, glass factory visits (Corning), day hikes, or just racing around.

Our three rooms have no common walls so your privacy is assured.

» White Room This is a large room with a solid wood four poster bed with a queen Select Comfort mattress, table and dresser.Enjoy satellite TV with DVD and VHS as well as a clock radio with iPod connector.The private bath has a tub/shower combo. Enjoy lake views from both windows. » Blue Room This large room with a lake view has a queen size Select Comfort mattress which allows each person to select the firmness on their side of the bed. The remote controlled satellite TV has a DVD and VHS player. Private bath with large shower. » Green Room This room has both lake views and hillside views! Our green room has a queen size bed with a conventional mattress, a TV with a DVD and VHS player as well as a clock radio with iPod connector. Private bath with waterfall feature. The following are our terms and conditions regarding reservations. Please keep in mind that they are not etched in stone and sometimes we might be able to accommodate special requests.

WEEKENDS (Fri-Sat) May 15 - Nov 15: $195.00 Nov 16 - May 14: $165.00

WEEKDAYS (Sun-Thurs) May 15 - Nov 15: $165.00 Nov 16 - May 14: $135.00

Rates are daily, double occupancy and include lodging, a full service breakfast, access to the internet and all facilities including hot tub and lake access, excluding kitchen. In addition, rates are subject to change without notice.

Inn Policies

»Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your arrival date, you may be subject to a minimum of one night or one third of the cost of your stay, whichever is greater, unless your guest room is re-rented.

» Minimum Stays

The following are our minimum stays:
Mid Week: No minimum.
Two Night Minimum: Major event weekends including but not limited to: IRL, Finger Lakes Wine Festival, NASCAR, and Vintage Grand Prix.

»Check In / Check Out Times

We guarantee your guest room no later than 2pm, but if it's ready earlier, we'll put you right in. At checkout, we must have access to your guest room no later than noon, but you may stay the rest of the day and enjoy the facilities.

»Children

The environment of Sunset on Seneca provides a welcome break for those parents who seek time away from the day-to-day responsibilities of raising small children. We try to encourage this environment. Sunset on Seneca is not suitable for children under twelve. Children twelve and over are welcome Sunday through Thursday, September through June, except holidays and Christmas week.

»Pets

PLEASE NOTE: Sunset on Seneca has four dogs on the premises, but not in the main part of the house. There are two cats in the house. For this reason, we request no additional pets.

»Fishing

PLEASE NOTE: A NYS fishing license is required for all persons over the age of 16. Licenses may be obtained locally.

»Smoking

Smoking is allowed outdoors. Please use the ashtrays provided. You will be charged an additional $75.00 if you do not comply.

»Quiet Hours

Start at 11 P.M. for the consideration of our other guests.

»Damages

Damages to your room or facilities by you, anyone in your party, or your guests will be charged to you.
